Communitarian development – the involvement of youths in the community’s life:

1. Services development for the youths hired in Public Administration;
2. The development of the services package of communitarian development for rural communities and small towns from Romania;

Services for personal development for youths:

1. The improvement of the services package offered to youths through Youths Centre;
2. The increase of the capacity of the organizations and institutions from the countryside to involve in the community’s life;
