The project is implemented by the Center of Rural Assistance from Timisoara financed by C.S.Mott Foundation..ARCS is partener of the project and has a budget of 8200 USD for the period of 2006 – 2008.Throughout the project ARCS has as objective the encouragement of initiation of 2 associative structures like GAL during the program LEASER which has unfurl during 2007 the following activities:
- -the participation at 2 meetings of consultation MADR
- -the participation to a course of instruction to the entertainers,organized by MADR
- -3 meeting with the Mayors in the south of Mehedinti to initiate a GAL
- -a meeting with the Mayor of the National Park Domogled -to develop a GAL
- -the organization of a change of experience between the structure initiated in PN Domogled and a GAL from Holland-in partenership. with CAR Timisoara.
During the same project -the President ARCS has ensured the co-ordination of the project since Aprilie 2007( as consultant CAR
